We're seeking a qualified individual commercial collection experience to collect on small and large balance accounts. Must have understanding of, skip tracing, fact gathering and investigating factual background information online.
Making collection calls in a professional manner. Able to overcome objections and work through complicated and elaborate disputes Must be able to negotiating payment arrangements quickly.
Must have exceptional negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with computers and programs, highly motivated, dependable and hard-working, literate, resourceful and detail oriented, commission driven and goal-oriented, and dependable.
Pay is base plus commission for the right person. Commissions are calculated the beginning of every month. Paid on the 5th and 20th of each month.
Must reside in Houston or surrounding area and have a valid SSN#, and speak good English. No call centers or marketing companies. Positions fill quickly. Resumes now being accepted.
