PriorityWorkforce is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or more.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Bilingual is a plus - English/Spanish.
Familiarity with customer support software and data entry systems is beneficial.

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $15-$18 DOE
