Construction company located in Dayton TX is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant you will be collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciling journal entries
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Process weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Ability to meet assignments deadlines
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
Drivers License
Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
Strong time management and Organization
Bilingual preferred
Experience Sage 50 is a must
Ability to work 8-5 Monday-Friday
HS Diploma/GED
3-5 years relevant experience
