We’re looking for a friendly and patient Customer Support Specialist to help our users get the most out of our WordPress plugins. You’ll handle support tickets, troubleshoot plugin issues, and ensure every customer feels heard and helped.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via support tickets and emails
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
Escalate complex cases to the development team
Keep response templates, FAQs, and documentation up to date
Gather feedback and suggest ways to improve our plugins
What You Bring
Excellent written English and clear communication
Experience providing WordPress-related support (themes or plugins)
Problem-solving mindset and technical curiosity
Patient, empathetic, and reliable under pressure
