HR AGENCY / LABOR CONTRACTOR NEEDED – CONCRETE & MASONRY CREW (ST. MAARTEN – OUTSIDE USA)
We are urgently seeking an HR agency or construction labor contractor to source and provide a full workforce for a short-term project (2–2.5 months) in St. Maarten, a Caribbean island located outside the United States.

20 Skilled Concrete / Masonry Workers
1 Supervisor / Foreman
1 General Labor / Cleaning Operator

SCOPE OF WORK:
Rebar installation (beams, columns, slabs, walls, stairs)
Formwork installation & removal
Concrete pouring, vibration & curing support
General site support and cleaning

Established HR agency or construction labor contractor
Proven experience supplying skilled concrete / masonry crews
Ability to mobilize full teams quickly
Capability to manage workforce coordination (supervision handled by contractor)
