Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable & bank reconciliations
Prepare reports, assist with payroll & taxes
Answer calls, emails, and keep office running smoothly
General admin support
Requirements:
Bookkeeping or office experience
QuickBooks/Excel skills preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
