Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Proven experience in recruiting or staffing preferred
