JOB DETAILS:
Dedicated between Laredo TX and Lansing MI. We hire on both ends, as well as San Antonio and Dallas based drivers. You'll do one turn per week, 3048 miles. Reset at home.
Looking for Owner-Ops and Lease Purchase on this one. Fleet owners, we can take quite a few trucks, but drivers need to live in the hiring area/s.
Owner Ops Gross $4442 weekly. (estimate includes fuel surcharge, but not ur fuel costs)
Lease-Purchase net weekly settlement (take home) is $1950. That includes everything: Estimated fuel costs, maintenance escrow, truck payment, all insurances, etc. Trucks are fully loaded 21-’23 Peterbilt 579s. You choose your truck. We set you up to succeed on a Lease, we want you here for the long term. If the truck ever breaks down, we'll get you a loaner while it's getting fixed. No truck payments for the first 2 weeks so you start out ahead and stay there. Call me and I'll break down all the numbers with you.
No-Touch Freight. Weekly settlements. Program for O/Os to get (optional) affordable health coverage.
We also have Company Driving Options for Dallas, Lansing MI, and Laredo TX based drivers. (Not San Antonio at this time.)
OTR Solo drivers average $1540-1680 weekly, home every 7-14 days depending on where you live.
OTR Mentors train students, out 11 days at a time. Can easily do $142,000 to $151,000+ year one, goes up from there.
Drivers need at least 3 months recent driving experience to qualify (school/military/training does not count towards ex). Can't take recent grads.
No drug test refusals or positives, and we can't take drivers termed from last job for safety.
