The Machine Builder / Fabricator role involves building, fabricating, and assembling custom machinery and automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, and welding skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Fabrication & AssemblyInterpret and work from mechanical fabrication drawings.Provide feedback to the mechanical design team for improvements or clarifications.Perform precision fabrication using hand tools and power tools.Weld steel components to required specifications.Assemble pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Machining & CNC OperationsOperate CNC equipment such as lathes and mills (experience preferred but not required).Electrical Panel WiringWire electrical panels according to provided electrical schematics.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Support & Collaboration Assist the automation team with equipment testing and troubleshooting.Perform miscellaneous tasks related to machine building and integration.TravelAbility to travel up to 20% of the time for installations, support, or training.
