Handyman / Property Maintenance Partner Needed – Honey Grove / Fannin County
Location: Honey Grove, Fannin County (surrounding areas)
Type: Ongoing / As-Needed Work (Multiple Rental Properties)
We are a small rental property ownership group with multiple properties in the Greater Honey Grove / Fannin County area and are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman to become our go-to local partner.
This is not a one-time fix — we need someone who can be an extra set of eyes on our properties, help us stay ahead of maintenance, and respond to work orders as they come up.
Typical Work Includes:
Light electrical repairs & troubleshooting
Roof inspections / minor roof repairs
Drywall patching & repair
Door, trim, and baseboard repairs
Lock and hardware adjustments
Flooring issues (minor bowing, transitions, etc.)
General punch-list and maintenance items
We currently have active work orders ranging from simple fixes to larger inspections and repairs.
