We’re looking for a skilled, motivated cook who’s ready to take the next step in their culinary career. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the line—especially in sauté—and wants the creative freedom and responsibility that come with working in a small, fast-growing business.

As part of our tight-knit kitchen team, you’ll help shape our seasonal menus, execute high-quality dishes with consistency, and bring fresh ideas to a restaurant that’s deeply rooted in local ingredients and a sense of place. For the right person, this role can grow into a Head Chef position, with opportunities to take the lead on menu development, specials, systems, and kitchen culture.

What you’ll do:

Take the lead on sauté and serve as a strong, reliable presence on the line

Work closely with management to develop seasonal dishes and refine existing menus

Uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen organization

Support daily prep, inventory, and ordering as needed

Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment

Proven experience on the line, with strong sauté skills

A cook who’s excited about menu development and expressing creativity through food

Someone who works clean, communicates well, and thrives under pressure

An interest in growing into a leadership role—whether that’s soon or down the road
