Radon Mitigation Technician – Central & Southern Vermont – $35–$50/hr + Training
Vermont’s highest-rated radon mitigation company is hiring! We’re looking for a
5-Star recruit to join a 5-Star outfit — someone who’s reliable, skilled with tools, and ready to learn a high-demand trade.
Work includes residential, commercial, industrial, and school projects across Central and Southern Vermont.
Ideal background: solid carpenter, electrician, or plumber who wants to grow into a specialized, long-term trade career.
Pay: $35/hr to start — up to $50/hr once certified and working independently
Schedule: Full-time, typically 4 days per week
Training: Company-paid accreditation and on-the-job skill development
Responsibilities:
Install and service radon mitigation systems to industry standards
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work from ladders or scaffolding as needed
Communicate clearly with team members and clients
Track time accurately using construction software
Represent the company professionally — well presented, punctual, and respectful
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable, drug-free, and safety-focused
Comfortable with flexible scheduling (weather dependent)
