Compensation depends on the position and your experience level. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for food you'll be a great fit. There's always room for advancement for the right person, club-assisted health insurance is available for any full-time team member, and there are no late nightsthe restaurant closes at 8-9pm depending on the season. The line cook and executive sous chef positions require experience. For the dishwasher/prep cook position while experience is great we'll train anyone with the right attitude and a desire to learn.
