Orzo Kitchen & Wine Bar is an owner/operated, independent, full service Mediterranean restaurant that has been in business for 19 years in downtown Charlottesville.
We are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our talented culinary team. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, we'd love to meet you. Up to 4 shifts are available each week.
- Responsibilities to include daily prep and nightly line-cooking that could involve any of these stations based upon experience: garde mangier, saute or grill.
- Candidate must be detail oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.
- Must be passionate about creating great food, be self-motivated, work clean, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
