Care for boy with cerebral palsy

Looking for a caregiver for a three year old boy with cerebral palsy. Located in Nellysford. Requires your own reliable transportation to our home. He requires assistance with transferring, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, therapy exercises, and his bedtime routine. Hours are 5-8pm on Monday-Friday and then 9am-2pm on Saturday and Sunday (but may be subject to change). Pay is $13.88/hour and paid by Consumer Direct. Prefer someone that is nonsmoking, able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, and CPR certified.
