1. Maintenance Technician
Kickstart your HVAC career today! You'll gain hands-on experience maintaining heating and cooling systems in both residential and commercial environments. No previous experience needed—our comprehensive training programs, including company-paid factory courses, prepare you for success.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, along with a valid VA Driver’s License.
The ability to comfortably work in crawl spaces, attics, and various weather conditions is essential.
Being tech-savvy with tablets and smartphones is highly valued.
A strong safety mindset combined with excellent customer service skills is crucial for success.
2. HVAC Service Technician
Bring your skills and experience to a company that truly values family, growth, and excellence. Play a vital role in repairing HVAC systems, diagnosing issues accurately, and mentoring junior technicians to build a strong, supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, along with a valid VA Driver’s License.
The ability to comfortably work in crawl spaces, attics, and various weather conditions is essential.
Being tech-savvy with tablets and smartphones is highly valued.
A strong safety mindset combined with excellent customer service skills is crucial for success.
At least 2 years of HVAC experience to demonstrate hands-on expertise.
EPA 608 Certification is required, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
