We are seeking reliable General Labor Associates to support our client in the warehouse industry. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, involving physical work and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are hardworking, quick learners, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Location: Hampton, VA (23661)
Pay Rate: $15HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4PM - 8PM
Job Duties:
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment
- Sort, stack, wrap, and palletize products
- Assist with staging materials and organizing warehouse inventory
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products are not damaged
- Break down boxes, dispose of waste, and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety policies and report hazards or damaged materials
- Support warehouse leads and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat/cold, fast pace)
- Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
