Tailor Builder and Design Group, a trusted name, We are seeking skilled subcontractors and tradespeople for an upcoming restaurant remodel project scheduled to begin in November 2025.
This is a complete interior remodel of an existing restaurant space. We are looking for experienced, reliable crews to join our team for this fast-paced and detail-oriented project.

2.Framing and Carpentry
3.Plumbing (Commercial)
4.Electrical (Commercial)
5.HVAC
6.Drywall
7.Taping and Finishing
8.Tile and Flooring Installation
9.Painting
10.Commercial Kitchen Equipment Installation
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our project managers and other trades on-site.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Stay on schedule to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial remodels, preferably restaurant or hospitality spaces.
Must carry appropriate insurance.
Reliable transportation and availability throughout the duration of the project.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Additional Info:
All major materials will be provided by the GC — labor and select tools only are required from subcontractors.
