Smallwood Renovations is seeking skilled Window & Door Installation Subcontractor Crews for steady, year-round work in the Greater Richmond area. We’re a local renovation company offering organized schedules, a smooth workflow, and strong support for our subcontractor partners.
What We Provide:
Consistent project volume
Materials custom-measured and ready for pickup
Installation supplies staged (trim kits, foam, wraps, screws, etc.)
On-site dumpsters for old windows/doors

What Your Crew Will Do:
Set up jobsite and install/remove residential windows & doors
Maintain clean, safe work areas
Complete full teardown and cleanup
Communicate professionally with homeowners and our team
Requirements:
5+ years of residential window & door installation experience
Active business license + Virginia contractor’s license
Workers’ Comp & General Liability insurance
Full crew with reliable transportation
Own truck(s) and tools
Professional communication and workmanship
