Do you have a passion for Instructional design?Ridgeline International is seeking an Instructional Designer to support our online and in-person design and delivery modalities. In this role, you will create, design, develop, instructional materials, learning resources and content. The successful candidate will have a combination of education and work experience in instructional design/learning experience design for technical and complex topics.What you’ll do:Design, develop, implement and evaluate enterprise-wide learning solutions in support of Ridgeline’s business objectives.Partner with SMEs and key stakeholders to develop learning paths and curriculum that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices.Demonstrate experience in instructional design systems, learning technologies and adult learning best practices.Maintain progressive knowledge of the trends in learning experience design, learning methodologies and learning technology solutions.Work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goalsUse human-centered design approach to solving instructional design challengesWhat you’ll accomplish in the first six months:Develop, design, and implement innovative in-person learning experiencesDevelop and design materials such as lesson plans/instructor guides, learning objectives and assessment tools.
