Boutique full-service accounting firm is seeking its next rock star! We specialize in tax, accounting, and payroll services for small businesses and are looking for someone who thrives in a structured, professional environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Month-end close for small business clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and detailed workpapers (full trial balance tie-out).
Prepare payroll and payroll reports.
Prepare Washington State B&O and Sales Tax Returns, including local city B&O returns.
Prepare federal income tax returns: 1040, 1120-S, 1120, and 1065.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years of experience working in a CPA firm. (Firm experience helps build strong foundational understanding—especially around workpapers.)
Strong computer skills.
Passion for the accounting profession.
Willingness to learn and figure things out.
Ability to quickly grasp new technology.
