We are a small Aerospace Recruitment / Training Company in business in Seattle WA for over 25 years
Our CPA will be retiring over the next year so we are looking for an Accountant / CPA to take over this role. Must be experienced using Quickbooks Online
Job requirements are as follows:
Minimum of 5 years Accountant / CPA experience using QuickBooks desktop / QuickBooks online
Strong organizational skills with Accounts / Experience following company processes and creating Backup documentation
Willing to work remotely with Office meetings once each month if needed
Work an agreed weekly or monthly part-time schedule
Qualifications:
At least 5 years Accounting experience using QuickBooks, excel and other office tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational & communication skills.
Experience overseeing accounts receivables, accounts payable, ACH payments, credit card payments, wire transfers, monthly reconciliations, journal entries,
Experience filing B&O taxes, 940's & 941's tax returns
Experience creating financial reports, budgets, projections etc
