About the Role

National Facility Contractors is growing our On-Demand Division and adding a dedicated Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all incoming client requests. This role is critical as it reduces back-and-forth communication, eliminates delays, and ensures every work order enters our system clean, complete, and ready for execution.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Be the front door for all incoming requests:

Receive service requests via email, client portals, and phone.

Review incoming details.

Verify request completeness

Set the rest of the team up for success

Monitor & improve intake quality

What You Bring (Skills & Qualities)

Strong attention to detail — you catch mistakes others miss

Excellent written & verbal communication

Experience working with clients, vendors, or customer service teams

Ability to stay organized with high inbound request volume

Comfortable working in digital platforms (CRM, ticketing systems, portals)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Professional, proactive communication style

Bonus: Experience in facilities maintenance, service coordination, dispatch, or administrative workflow is a plus (but not required).
