Shamrock Montessori School is seeking an energetic, caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our Montessori community. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves nurturing young children, values Christian principles, and is passionate about supporting each child’s spiritual, emotional, and developmental growth.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Providing a loving, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants (ages 8 weeks–18 months)
Supporting the Montessori philosophy and the school’s mission and values
Partnering with parents and colleagues to foster each child’s individual growth
Maintaining a clean, organized, and peaceful classroom environment
Qualifications:
Experience working with infants in an early childhood setting (Montessori experience a plus)
Warm, patient, and dependable
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
Commitment to positive guidance and working as a team player
