Job Summary
Work with R&D designing parts and assemblies primarily using SolidWorks.
Typical Duties/Responsibilities
· Produce technical drawings, layouts for CNC programming and manufacturing
· Keep drawing server/storage organized
· Maintain a clean work area.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
· Ability to competently use SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Products
· Ability to work as a team with R&D and machine operators to produce prototypes-final products.
· Ability to follow instructions.
· Ability to read measuring tools, tape measure, calipers, etc.
· Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.
· Basic computer and math skills.
Education and Experience
· At least one year or more experience in SolidWorks Sheetmetal preferred.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to listen, hear, and comprehend technical information.
· Ability to see, read, comprehend, and assess complex situations.
· Ability to sit at a desk and function in an office environment.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range - $21.00/hr to $45.00/hr - Depending Relevant Experience (DOE)
