We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and clear communicator to join our dental team as a Cross-Trained Dental Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator. If you love connecting with people wearing multiple hats - this role is for you!

As Front Administration Support - What You’ll Do:

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures

Communicate clearly and compassionately—both in person and over the phone

Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient daily flow

Handle patient inquiries, treatment estimates, and payment arrangements

Coordinate with clinical staff to support seamless patient experiences

Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality

As a Dental Assistant - What You'll Do:

Assist the Doctor and fellow clinical team members in creating smooth flow between departments

Step in when the need arises (sterilization, room turn-over, emergency patients or as a fill-in for absences

Be proficient in chairside assisting, including: 4-handed dentistry, scanning for crowns & oral appliances, high quality radiographs, and more

Willingness to learn and try new technologies

A confident & natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Professional, positive, and patient demeanor

Ability to balance self-drive with tried-and-true established systems

Capability to learn varying dental & communications programs
