Caregiver Needed For Myself In Sammamish
Please read this description all the way through before applying. I need someone to help me get into bed, Saturday through Wednesday evenings, and also someone to help me get up from bed on Sunday mornings.
I am in my early 60s and have paralysis due to a spinal cord injury, and am in a power wheelchair. Besides lack of mobility, I am in good condition both physically and mentally. My morning assistance includes: includes breakfast, shower or bowel program, transferring using a Hoyer lift, dressing, mobility stretching, hygiene assistance.
My evening assistance (takes about 2 hours) includes getting to bed using a Hoyer lift, personal hygiene, undressing, stretching, and light housekeeping assistance.
You must be a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (one cat), CPR / first-aid trained, and live in reasonably close proximity (within 30 minutes from Sammamish). Current CNA or HCA certification required.
