These are two separate roles, however someone can potentially do both.
Airbnb management:
we have a few properties in the South Seattle and Renton area. We Airbnb those properties. Everyday some guests checks out around 11 am, and new guests checks in after 3 pm. We are looking for someone to clean the places after check out, manage guest communication. We will provide you the linens and supplies.
Turo Car rental:
We have a car rental business near the SeaTac airport.
Renters can rent our cars via Turo app. For car delivery, we drive the car from the parking lot to the airport parking garage. After the trip once the guest drops off the car, we bring it back to the parking lot.
This job requires cleaning, driving and communicating with the guests.
