Current Work Schedule is a 4-day (32 hour) work week, scheduled days to be decided.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond promptly to daily work orders for residents, and prioritize the service requests to address the most critical issues.
Conduct daily walk-through of the entire property to ensure everything is in working order; if not, take the appropriate steps for correction.
Prepare vacant units for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the company standards/checklist.
Maintain the exterior grounds of the property and conduct seasonal duties.
Essential Skills
Ability to prioritize work; to draw conclusions and examine alternatives when approaching a maintenance request; and, to consider alternative methods/materials, if the necessary are unavailable.
Ability to read and comprehend service requests, warning labels and ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff and other property visitors.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel. Salesforce knowledge a plus.
Requirements:
Experience in property maintenance or related field.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
