We’re looking for a reliable and experienced person to assist with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks across three rental properties located in Seattle. This position requires recurring visits for routine maintenance and occasional support in urgent situations.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform small repairs (e.g., tightening toilet paper holders, reattaching trim, unclogging drains, adjusting faucets, etc.)
Inspect and maintain basic property fixtures and appliances.
Assist with simple setups or troubleshooting (such as A/C or heating systems).
Provide on-call support for small emergencies (leaks, plumbing issues, etc.).
Requirements:
Previous experience in basic home repairs or property maintenance.
Responsible, punctual, and a good communicator.
Must have basic tools and reliable transportation.
Availability for recurring visits (once or multiple times per month).
Ideally lives within 20 minutes of Beacon Ave South, Seattle, WA 98144.
Compensation:
Paid per visit (with a guaranteed minimum amount).
Extra pay for emergency visits or work outside regular hours.
