Role Description :
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Penetrant Inspector located in Edmonds, WA. The Penetrant Inspector will be responsible for performing liquid penetrant inspections on a variety of materials and components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include applying penetrant materials, conducting inspections, interpreting and evaluating results, and documenting findings accurately. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in liquid penetrant testing processes and inspection techniques
Attention to detail, strong observation skills, and the ability to identify potential defects
Knowledge of quality control standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication skills to document and report findings effectively
Physical ability to handle materials and equipment required for performing inspections
Relevant certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (e.g., ASNT Level I or II in liquid penetrant testing)
Experience in aerospace or a related manufacturing industry is a plus
