Sixty01 Condominiums is a master planned community consisting of 770 residences and ample amenities in Redmond, Washington. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Courtesy Patrol/Compliance Officer. We have two shifts available a Monday-Friday schedule Hours are from 11pm-7:30am and Saturday-Monday Hours 6am-6pm.This position will play a key role in ensuring community compliance with rules and regulations while providing a visible and friendly presence.
Job Responsibilities:
Courtesy Patrol:
Maintain a visible and approachable presence to enhance the sense of security within the community by patrolling the property.
Respond to inquiries and assist residents with security-related questions.
Permitting entry onto the property
Locking and unlocking items or areas on the property.
Completing reports by recoding observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities interviewing witnesses as needed.
Tagging any vehicles for violations.
Answering the Courtesy Patrol phone and responding to events as necessary.
Assisting management with other tasks as assigned.
Compliance:
Maintain an understanding of the rules and regulations for the community.
Conduct inspections and patrols to monitor community compliance with the Associations rules and regulations.
Document and report violations promptly and accurately.
Issue violation notices and escalate to management when necessary.
Provide timely and accurate reports on compliance activities and incidents.
Having an understanding of why there may be a violation and being able to effectively communicate with the resident or management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in compliance, property management, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a detail-oriented role.
Familiarity with homeowner associations and rules and regulations is a plus
Requirements:
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds.
Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency required.
Must be able to sit, stand, reach, or bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to tolerate stressful situations.
Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision.
