Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our team and elevate the client experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a smooth member experience
Teach around 10-15 classes per week
Lead, train, and motivate staff including coaches and front desk team
Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and studio cleanliness
Drive membership growth through outreach, referrals, and retention strategies
Handle customer service issues with professionalism and care
Collaborate with ownership on marketing, events, and studio goals
Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience (fitness or hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fitness and community building
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with scheduling and CRM software a plus
