We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and MET. Cupping would be a bonus.
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide acute pain management and pain relief through massage therapy
- Utilize your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Educate clients on self-care techniques for continued pain management and relaxation
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics
Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Proficient in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess clients' needs and provide appropriate treatment plans
- Passion for providing exceptional patient service and care
Looking for a full time / Part Time LMT (4/5 days), day shifts 9am-2:30pm or evening shift is 3pm-8pm. We offer competitive compensation $45 or 45% commission + tips on hour massage, increase of pay after 6 months. Full Time LMT 4 days Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday $47 or 47% commission plus tips. Benefits also include a free 60 min massage per quarter (4 a year), free unlimited infrared sauna, license fee per year and paid vacation.
