Work 1 or 2 days a week, willing to be on call, if needed. Experienced in bakery equipment, donut fryers, cutters, sheeters. Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing and preventative maintenance. Flexible schedule, must be friendly, comfortable around Spanish speakers and or be fairly fluent in English. Ability to work alone, self starter, motivated, reliable transportation.
