We are seeking an experienced Construction Technician to join our team full-time in the Greater Seattle area. This role involves performing hands-on work in various trades (interior and exterior carpentry, framing, drywall, cabinets, finish electrical, finish plumbing) while offering the opportunity to take on a leadership role as the team grows. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and reliable transportation. You'll be responsible for completing construction tasks, assisting with job site coordination, ensuring safety and code compliance, and supporting fellow team members. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative are essential.
