Woodworker – Millman Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain Weinig moulders, rip saws, jointers, planers, grinders, and similar equipment.
Create custom tooling for moulders, conventional and CNC shapers using waterjet, knife grinder, and optical comparator and related tools.
Install knives in cutterheads, adjust, and re-sharpen.
Participate in the completion of a wide variety of small batch highly custom millwork orders each day.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum of five years’ experience setting up and operating stationary machinery commonly used in custom millwork manufacturing.
Ability to read, understand and accurately interpret detailed shop drawings.
Understand working properties and grading of all architectural woodwork products.
