Property Manager – Spokane, Washington

Full-Time | Experienced (15+ Years Required)

We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Spokane area. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of proven experience in property management, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to keep properties running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties (single-family, small multi-family, or mixed portfolio)

Handle full tenant lifecycle: marketing vacancies, screening applicants, leasing, move-ins/outs, and renewals

Maintain clear, consistent tenant communication and manage any conflicts or issues that arise

Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, payment processing, and applicable notices

Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, vendors, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules

Conduct regular property inspections and thorough documentation

Monitor budgets, expenses, and collaborate with bookkeepers/CPAs as needed

Ensure full compliance with Washington State landlord-tenant laws and local regulations

Provide property owners with timely updates, reports, and insights on property performance

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience in residential property management (required)

In-depth knowledge of WA landlord-tenant regulations and fair housing laws

Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple properties with professionalism and calm under pressure

Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance crews, and service providers

Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software (or quick learner)

Reliable, self-directed, and capable of independent decision-making
