What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee residential construction projects (decks, siding, framing, and more)
Work alongside and mentor crew members to ensure quality and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience (lead or supervisory preferred)
Strong knowledge of residential framing, siding, and deck construction
Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused
