Job Skills and Qualifications
Experience with luxury home building; previous trade experience required
Ability to plan and see the big picture
Critical-thinker and problem solver
Knowledge of materials, products and installation
Able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve the best results
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable reading and understanding detailed construction blueprints and drawings
Skilled at multi-tasking
The ability to see project through to completion
