ROAM 44 is a nomadic building company specializing in high-performance residential and commercial construction throughout the Mountain West. Our teams travel across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, building and remodeling structures in some of the most scenic environments in our Region.

Both roles operate on a 14 days on / 7 days off rotation, with lodging provided and a travel stipend
included.
Possible additional crew performance incentives may be available based on quality of work and
timeliness.
Traveling Foreman – Rough Carpentry, Remodels & SIPS
Pay: Up to $50/hour DOE
Lead crews in framing, rough carpentry, remodels, and SIPS
Interpret plan sets and coordinate workflow
Operate boom lifts and telehandlers
Preferred: experience in framing, remodels, SIPS; bilingual encouraged
Framing Labor – Rough Carpentry, Remodels & SIPS Support
Pay: Up to $30/hour DOE
Assist with framing, sheathing, and remodel carpentry
Support SIPS installations and jobsite logistics
Experience preferred but not required; training provided
Bilingual applicants encouraged
