Senior IV&V Technical Analyst

Responsibilities:  Provide senior-level technical review and independent assessment of federal IT systems and modernization efforts. Evaluate system architecture, design artifacts, and technical documentation for quality, risk, and compliance. Identify technical risks related to system integration, performance, scalability, security, and operations. Review and assess system changes, enhancements, and modernization initiatives; provide written recommendations. Support technical risk management activities, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and reporting. Advise program leadership on emerging technologies, technical best practices, and modernization strategies. Participate in technical review meetings, briefings, and change control discussions as needed. Review IV&V reports and findings to ensure technical accuracy and clarity prior to delivery. Support transition activities and knowledge transfer when required. Ideal Candidate Profile Senior technologist who prefers oversight, evaluation, and advisory work over day-to-day development. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and documenting clear, actionable findings. Detail-oriented, independent, and trusted to provide unbiased technical judgment.
