Salary: $70,000–$75,000 DOE

About This Role
The Data Analyst Manager plays a vital role in helping Entre Hermanos make data-informed decisions that directly improve services, health outcomes, client experience, and community impact. This role supports programs across the organization — including HIV services, Prevention initiatives, Legal Services, Development, Communications, and Clinical Quality Management — ensuring our work is accurately measured, thoughtfully analyzed, and clearly communicated.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and manage data across multiple programs and systems
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements
- Develop accessible dashboards, reporting tools, and visuals for staff and leadership
- Support the organization’s Quality Management Program and performance tracking
- Analyze client experience data, bilingual surveys, service outcomes, and trends
- Prepare summaries and reports for funders, board updates, CQM meetings, and leadership
- Support donor, communications, outreach, and engagement analytics
- Train staff on data entry, reporting workflows, and best practices
- Collaborate across departments in a supportive, mission-driven team environment

Qualifications
- Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years working with data in public health, social services, nonprofit, or legal service environments
- Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
- Experience presenting data to non-technical audiences
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, data ethics, and privacy
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly and accessibly
- Familiarity with HIV care, LGBTQIA+ health disparities, harm reduction, or immigrant community needs is beneficial
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
