Service Technician

About This RoleYou will do the service execution and on call duties from Crane Service and other assignments. You will report to Service Manager & Field Supervisor. We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.Main ResponsibilitiesTo do preventive Maintenance of Crane ProductTrouble Shooting of Crane ProductOn-call Duties of Crane ProductSubmit complete service report and recommendation to Field Supervisor within two (2) days after job completed and report to supervisor after job completed doneImplement work safety regulations such as safety driving, working at height, job safety analysis, including 5-S are followedTo assist Field Supervisor in field job execution and workshop activityPerform service job following work instruction (technical guidance) in repair and service agreement and ensure getting approval from customer completelyMaintain and use service vehicle with fleet management systemMaintain tools, personal protective equipment and service vehiclesTo perform productivity and control expensesTo attend service and safety training periodicallyAny other responsibilities as directed by managerSigning service reportProvide technical recommendationAwareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard
