Position SummaryAssist the Cook with food preparation. Responsible for preparing specific food items as required. May assist in serving meals. Assists with maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in handling foods, equipment and supplies.Essential DutiesAssist Cook on meal line as needed and/or with grill items.Assists wait staff in dining room as needed.Responsible for preparing and distributing snacks and/or nourishments.Assists with receiving and storage of deliveries.Assists with clean-up duties as needed.Maintain proper rotation of items from salad bar and refrigerators.Ensure items are labeled and dated.Follows standardized recipes.Other duties as assigned.
