Entry-Level Construction Project Manager

AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Project Manager to be based in our Roanoke, VA office to work on Federal/Military facility projects. The Entry-Level Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following items under the guidance of a Senior Construction Project Manager, but not limited to: Responsible for the overall management administration of the project and assistance in establishing project-specific objectives and policiesProvides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interfaceOversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisorsResponsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover, and contract closeoutThis position has profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction projectProvides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
