Operate all equipment.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Stock ingredients from deliveries in storage areas, work areas, and walk-in cooler
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily per procedure.
Handle cash throughout the day and correctly make bank deposits ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLSMaintain professionalism under high stress.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
