Sr. Digital Content Specialist (Remote)

Lakeshore’s eCommerce team is growing, and we’re looking for a self-starting Digital Content Specialist to help maintain and enhance our company website! Our flagship website is more than just a shopping destination—it’s a robust resource with hundreds of dynamic pages. In this key role, you’ll create and edit content using HTML/CSS within our preferred CMS (Oracle/ATG Experience Manager). No coding or web design required, but an eagle eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a must.A day on the job looks like this:Strategically implementing content enhancements using our preferred CMS (Oracle/ATG Experience Manager), including standard CMS features and HTML/CSS as needed. Setup will include user segments, A/B testing and analytics tracking parametersSetting up quality assurance for all website contentPartnering closely with the development team to set up, test and document training for new site featuresSupporting and troubleshooting content/system issues
