Tiny’s specializes in craft beer and cocktails. Offering 16 ever-changing taps of the best beer money can buy! The cocktail list is short and sweet. 3 classic cocktails and 3 cocktails crafted around the seasons and holidays. Tiny’s has a small food menu of 12’ pizzas and pretzels with beer cheese dip. A dynamic piece of Tiny’s business is private events. The small cozy space offers the perfect venue for a birthday party or football watch party. The bar can be privately rented at different rates and times all year round. The Wisco and Tiny’s tap House share a sand volleyball court between the two. This brings patio season to another level! Free entertainment on both patios all summer long! Fire pits in the fall and heated igloos in the winter can also be found on Tiny’s perfect patio.
Job Description:
Tiny’s is a one bartender show; you will be working alone. Training is hands on and thorough. You will not be left alone until fully trained and ready to confidently uphold the standards set in place by management. Bartending experience speeds up the training process, but it’s not required.
JOB TASKS
BE ON TIME!
Greet all Guests with hospitality; engage and answer questions about businesses history, products, treat guests in a friendly manner.
Maintain full knowledge of Tiny’s Tap House Menu.
Actively educate Guests on new menu items, specials, and upcoming events at Tiny’s.
Prepare all food and beverages to the standard set-in place by Tiny’s management.
Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards and legal guidelines.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, organized, and stocked work area
Complete necessary side work during non-busy hours.
Handle Cash and utilize the TOAST pos system according to company standards
Follow a departmental checklist of standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening and closing.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
Must represent The Wisco x Tiny’s Tap House Values.
BE ON TIME!
Communicate with management in a timely fashion. Text or phone call
Must be at least 21 years of age
Excellent interpersonal skills, clearly communicate with Guests, management, and team members.
Must obtain a Wisconsin bartenders license.
JOB PAY
$8-$10/ hour depending on experience + 100% of tips.
