MOTOvation Fitness and Golf – Now Hiring Trainer (PT/FT Options Available)
MOTOvation Fitness and Golf in Mauston is looking for an energetic, people-focused Personal Trainer to join our team. We’re a family-owned gym built around our core values: Growth, Family, Fun, Structure, and Change.
Position: Personal Trainer (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: Mauston, WI
Schedule: Flexible hours (mornings/evenings and some weekends)
What you’ll do:
Lead small group and 1-on-1 training sessions
Help members with proper form, safety, and basic program design
Build relationships and create a fun, family-focused atmosphere
Keep training areas clean, organized, and ready
Support gym events, challenges, and promotions as needed
What we’re looking for:
Passion for fitness and helping people grow
Positive, friendly personality; strong communication skills
Reliable and professional
Training experience preferred
Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) a plus — or willingness to work toward one
